If you are not able to attend the full conference, you can register to attend the AGM only on June 7, 2023. Please ensure your School-Membership is in good standing and register your attendance for the AGM.

The Conference kicks-off on Sunday, June 4 with a welcome reception and continues through until the AGM concludes on Wednesday, June 7 after last conference session. We hope that you will stay with us and enjoy a night in downtown Niagara Falls and head home on June 8th.

CHMA School-Members have an opportunity to submit proposed amendments for consideration by the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The deadline for submissions is Wednesday May 24, 2023 at 4 PM EST. Please include a detailed rational for your proposed revision(s).
This document provides a summary of the key roles and responsibilities for the CHMA Board of Directors, along with job descriptions.
Please submit, in advance, your nomination (or self-nomination) for the available Board of Directors roles. This is extremely important to our association as your leadership is what drives CHMA forward.
Your membership is school-wide. This means that each School-Membership will have only one (1) vote during the AGM. If a representative from your school can not attend the AGM, we ask that you kindly submit your PROXY in advance. If you have any questions please email info@chmaonline.com.
